Marketing Physician & Community Liaison

The Marketing Physician & Community Liaison serves as the bridge between Aquacare / Fitness Forum Physical Therapy and the local medical and community network. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships with physicians, case managers, attorneys, and other community partners, while also increasing awareness of our specialty programs and services. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities that align with the company's mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Experience with social media / networking preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Physician & Referral Relationship Development

• Build and nurture strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurse practitioners, case managers, and referral coordinators.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and luncheons with referral sources.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Aquacare / Fitness Forum's specialty programs (pelvic floor, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab, work conditioning, etc.).
• Track referral patterns and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Interact with the clinical team for outreach projects and development of referral targets.
