Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate need for an experienced Human Resources / Labor Relations Manager at our Coatesville, PA facility. This role is critical in fostering a collaborative labor environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing complex grievance and arbitration processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between management and union representatives and work closely with external legal counsel on labor-related matters.
