StevenDouglas has been engaged to identify a Tax Manager or Tax Director for a boutique accounting firm located in Downers Grove. If you are a public accounting Tax Manager or Director and seeking a visible and near-term path to partnership, this opportunity is for you. If you are a current Senior and would like to be a Manager, we'd like to meet you, too. This firm also has a sister wealth management and asset diversification firm, offering the potential (not required) to establish an additional income stream through referrals. Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and small to mid-size businesses, providing consultation services to ensure accurate and timely filing.
• Provide exceptional tax services to clients as a key member of the firm.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Lead and advise tax and accounting staff, providing guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional tax services.
