Qualifications

Required Education :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Required Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Experience in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation facilities, is preferred.

    • Required Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.
