Compensation : $65-69.00 / hour DOE Location : Sabine Pass, TX Assignment Duration : 12 months+ Work Schedule : M-F / 10+ hours per day Benefits : Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee site contractor construction activities during Execution Phase
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain and coordinate safety and QA practices and assist in preparation of schedules for subcontractors
• Assist the Maintenance projects and Turnaround Supervisor with planning, monitoring, and coordinating the execution of all field activities by a contractor
• Forward looking professional, able to advise and assist contractor in execution
• Provide the interface between the work face and the Maintenance projects and Turnaround Supervisor
• Provide construction core competency to Project Team and advise contractor of upcoming challenges
• Ensure good communications and relations with the contractors. Develop Early Career Professionals
• Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team members. Supervise contractor personnel and ensure all Safety Health and Environmental procedures and policies are followed. Provide safety monitoring / leadership
• Assist contractor in construction planning
• Serve as day-to-day interface with contractor and craft labor during the Construction Phase, providing a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Interface with QA / QC personnel to address quality issues / progress
• Provide oversight of contractor's materials management / verification systems
• Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans.
• Monitor workforce productivity and progress relative to schedule. Monitor environmental compliance, as required
• Interface with contractor for field level changes, e.g., scope, costs, etc.
• Verify post-site arrival of procured equipment and engineering equipment.
• Provide on-site support for Work Management System (Permitting, JSA Reviews, LOTO, etc.)
• Provide support to commissioning / systems completion as required
• Coordinate Quality Audits and other site surveillance activities
• Perform other duties as requested
