  • Family | Quality | Integrity | Community | Tradition Position Summary The Coffee Bar Associate is responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, specialty drinks, and alcoholic beverages, while providing friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of coffee preparation and bar service, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic drinks, including wine, beer, and specialty cocktails (where applicable).
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an excellent service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, counters, and seating.
  • Restock supplies and ensure beverage displays are clean and well-presented.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper POS procedures.
  • Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Qualifications Previous barista or bar service experience required.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and alcoholic beverage preparation.
  • BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain) required for alcohol service.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Schedule & Availability Full-time or part-time opportunities.
  • Flexible scheduling, with preference for candidates available for morning and evening shifts.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
