Job Responsibilities :

• Administer various anesthetics for surgical procedures and manage patient care throughout the perioperative process.
• Conduct and document pre-anesthetic assessments, and collaborate with anesthesiologists to define anesthetic management plans.
• Provide leadership within the professional practice setting and support colleagues in their professional growth.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care experiences.
• Deliver individualized, age-specific care, adapting to patients' complex needs.
• Engage in community activities and promote positive interactions with patients and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of and utilize appropriate technology in practice.
