We're seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team during a busy period. This is a short-term, 30-day assignment ideal for someone who's detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive employee information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital HR files
- Assist with transitioning documents into our digital filing system (ADP)
- Upload employee files accurately and securely into ADP
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Help ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks and HR documentation
