Overview
Project Manager - Sales (Polished Concrete / Epoxy, Construction) with QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation. The Project Manager's main focus is the sales and marketing of installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The successful candidate will have sales and account / territory development experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow-up, cold calling / prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings
- Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and provide material demonstrations
- Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
- Some overnight travel
- Support growth and build regional sales efforts
Qualifications
Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required; two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferredSolid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales successAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong time and territory management skills and motivation to develop new accountsCollege degree preferredValid State driver's license (in good standing) requiredAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a pre-employment drug testBenefits
