Strategic Planning And Policy Implementation

Strategic planning and policy implementation at the Space Force Acquisition-Delta organizational level. This includes creating new organizational concepts, assessing unit impacts in technical, financial, and morale dimensions, as well as integration impacts to the enterprise. The applicant will be responsible for developing Space Force Acquisition-Delta and mission level acquisition strategies, plans, and concepts to support customers' strategic and tactical objectives to include helping customers pass milestone reviews. The applicant will create new visions and messaging for the organization and cross-cutting concepts for improving portfolio management.

The position requires at least 21+ years of government space experience with at least 5 years of acquisition experience. MS / MBA in engineering, science, math, business, or human resources is desired. Five years' experience credit for a relevant Master's degree. Applicant should be proficient in the use of M / S office applications, i.e., M / S Outlook, Project, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Excel. Superior verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required. Applicant must be able to create, cultivate, and communicate innovative concepts and Courses of Action (COAs) anchored by expert analysis developed by the applicant. Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government space acquisition experience. Material Leader experience and / or successful completion of DAU's PMT 401 is highly desired. Applicants will also be expert on DoD acquisition policies. US Citizenship required. Top Secret clearance required. Salary range : $145,000 - $155,000 / Year, DOE.

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
