We are looking for a motivated and eager Media Analyst with strong quantitative ability and attention to detail. The analyst will work across a variety of disciplines including analytic tools and projects, reporting and dashboarding, digital marketing platforms, ETL and database tools, and AI tools with a focus on analytic and reporting integrations. These projects both support our clients and their ongoing business success and facilitate our company goal of creating the future-ready standard for media and analytics.
The Media Analyst will report to the EVP Data Science and Analytics and work closely with the Director of Media and several other members of the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the digital media team with reporting, pacing, and insight generation.
- Run analytics projects including forecasting, marketing mix modeling, clustering and segmentation, statistical significance testing, and mathematical budget optimization.
- Ad-hoc analysis across clients supporting the analytics, development, and digital media teams.
- Support the analytics and development team through validation and testing of new features for analytics and AI tools.
- Build and maintain media metric and analytics dashboards for client and internal projects.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic).
- Conduct competitive and trend analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Perform QA on tracking and analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with media planners / buyers to guide audience targeting, channel mix, and creative testing.
Job Requirements
