Position Location : This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities Acts in disciplined, consistent, and appropriate maintenance of all assigned Sandoz approved, pending, and non-marketed products for life cycle management; including timely Artworks creation and archiving all Artworks.
Coaching of more junior associates; shares knowledge and successful strategies. Identifies and exploits opportunities for improving knowledge base of team.
Responsible for preserving a consistent look-and-feel throughout the technical design and development of labeling materials, protecting existing approved brand guidelines in all creative development.
Facilitates discussions to explore labeling challenges with the goal of driving sound decisions. Where appropriate, pushes for better solutions.
Embraces digital and technological strategies to improve outcomes. Identifies opportunities, assesses for practicality, and builds sensible justifications.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills; listens to audience and tailors messaging appropriately. Builds and leverages network to proactively address challenges and champion improvements.
Facilitates, and when required, leads team meetings.
Required Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role :
Education Bachelor's degree
Experience 6+ years of relevant agency and / or in-house creative visual design experience
Exceptional technical design skills, including branding and visual identity, print layout, and iconography
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and In-Design). Must have experience using design software in both MacBook and PC.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Share-Point as team members and are PC users.
Preferred Pharmaceutical labeling experience

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $89,600 – 166,400 USD / year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1 / 1 / 25 through 12 / 31 / 25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Final pay determinations depend on factors including geographical location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package may include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer is made. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation programs at any time.
On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support CIA obligations and related deliverables, including audits and remediation.
