  • Hours : 4-Day Work Weeks | Monday - Friday No Evenings
  • Employed

  • Average Patients seen : 50% Leadership Administration, 50% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
  • Call Schedule : Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

  • Compensation : Guaranteed base salary and executive incentive plan,
