Join Our Team! Team Kia of Bend, a leading dealership in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for vehicles and a knack for providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to provide accurate repair estimates.
  • Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to determine the best repair solutions.
  • Prepare detailed estimates using industry-standard software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and dealership policies.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and repair procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as an auto body estimator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of auto body repair processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
