Overview :

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :   One year of previous experience in clinical nursing preferred. Home health experience preferred
  • Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License : current LPN license in the state of Arkansas. Current valid driver's license
  • Certifications : Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association
  • Normal caseload - 5-6 patients per day / average 25 patients per case manager.

    Main coverage is Benton County.  Call schedule : twice a month.

    Work Phone & Laptop provided

    Monday-Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
