Job Title : Training Coordinator

Purpose :
The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to store-level employees and management. Spending the majority of time in the field, this role supports operations by onboarding new managers, reinforcing corporate policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence through consistent training practices. The Training Coordinator will also provide feedback from the field to enhance training content and support the development of future curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct in-person, field-based training for store managers, assistant managers, and other store employees, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning experience.
- Lead classroom-style and on-the-job training sessions in an engaging and professional manner.
- Certify Store Managers and Assistant Managers upon successful completion of required training programs.
Curriculum Support & Feedback
Assist in refining training materials by providing feedback to the Learning and Development Lead based on field observations.Recommend improvements to training programs to better align with operational challenges and business needs.Select, prepare, or utilize teaching aids such as training manuals, handouts, visual aids, and digital learning tools to enhance comprehension and retention.Field Support & Coordination
Partner with Operations leadership to schedule and prioritize training visits based on store performance and staffing needs.Monitor and report on trainee progress, training completion, and certification status.Provide real-time coaching and feedback to employees and managers during field visits.Qualifications and Requirements
Required :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.1–3 years of training, coaching, or operational leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing industry.Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Ability to travel extensively to store locations (70–90% field-based travel).Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; previous Point of Sale (POS) system experience preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, as training schedules require.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements :
