Why this role?

You’re the person who asks “What’s the root cause?”—then proves it. In this off-shift role, you’ll keep essential equipment healthy : align drives, pipefit new lines, weld and fabricate small components, and return machines to spec.

What you’ll do

• Pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support installs and repairs
• Precision alignment of belts, sheaves, and rotating assemblies
• System-level troubleshooting across hydraulics and pneumatics
• Assembly and rebuild work on complex mechanical systems
• Assist with CNC equipment installation and set-up
