Hoefer Welker has openings for Architectural Staff Level III with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate would be a senior-level architecture graduate in the final stages of licensure testing, yet to obtain their license. This role involves participating in managing, designing, and delivering building projects through a proactive process, coordinating with in-house and external teams, and adhering to office standards.

Responsibilities include :

Supporting team efforts to prioritize client satisfaction and project success.
Conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts, and preparing related documents.
Assisting in field surveys, developing designs, and drafting preliminary plans.
Developing cost estimates and revising plans based on reviews.
Collaborating on BIM model solutions and participating in permit presentations.
Monitoring construction for compliance and advising contractors.
Maintaining professionalism to foster client confidence.

Education & Experience :

Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.

8+ years in architectural practice.

Actively testing for licensure.

Certifications & Skills :

LEED Green Associate (preferred).

Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle.

Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma is a plus.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and team skills.

Leadership, decision-making, and client service capabilities.
