Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Nurse located in Bridgeport, CT. The School Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students in our Middle School and High School, including medical care, emergency care, and managing chronic health conditions. The School Nurse will coordinate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure the well-being and safety of students. Additional duties include health education, maintaining health records, and promoting a healthy school environment.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of experience
• School Nursing and School Health skills
• Nursing and Medicine skills
• Experience in Pediatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in a school setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
