    • Job Description :

  • The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.
  • Physician must work Monday Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3-pm; no call, no weekends

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Active IN State License or IMLC.
  • Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : More than 2 years
  • Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
  • Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS.
  • Do not submit a candidate without procedure logs (for the last 12 months).
  • Candidate must supply quality data from the past 12-months.
