Ellis & Badenhausen is seeking a PRN (as needed) Physical Therapist Assistant to serve in our outpatient clinic in the following locations :

• 145 Thierman Lane, Louisville, KY 40207
• 6768 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291

Job Purpose :

Restores patient's function, alleviates pain and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
