Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic

$25 - $55 Per Hour Dependent on Experience Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Line Tech Production Bonuses Paid Twice a Year. Yes, Twice, not Once!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

  • Examines customer vehicles.
  • Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintains CEI at or above company standards.
  • Estimates cost of repairs.
  • Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Documents services performed.
  • Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
  • Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
  • Requests necessary parts.
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Provides professional level customer service to both external and internal customers that meets or exceeds dealership and manufacturer standards of excellence.
  • Consistently maintains our state-of-the-art shops and our dealership properly in a very neat, clean, and safe manner.
  • Attains highest levels of manufacturer, FCA certifications and performance-based requirements.

    • Requirements Service Technician :

  • At least 2 years experience required.
  • CDJR certification is a plus!
  • Transmission, heavy-line, and engine drivability experience Pays top dollar.
  • A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
  • Professional appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid in-state drivers license with good driving record.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
