Senior Manager, Marketing Technology

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solution Architect Marketing Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of marketing technology solutions, including Email Marketing and Customer Service platforms

Manage a team of developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements

Collaborate with key stakeholders to support consumer engagement initiatives and oversee operational procedures for marketing technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree

3 - 5 years of management experience or equivalent subject matter expertise

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies

Experienced in program / project management with a track record of leading teams effectively

ITIL certifications and Salesforce-related certifications are a plus
