We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing Sales Team and help homeowners transform their properties with confidence.

Position Overview

As an Exterior Construction Sales Representative , you’ll serve as the front-line connection between our company and our customers. You’ll generate leads, conduct property inspections, provide estimates, and guide clients through their roofing, siding, and exterior renovation projects — including insurance restoration opportunities.

This position combines field-based work , client interaction , and consultative selling — perfect for driven individuals who enjoy hands-on, high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person consultations and property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter projects

Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and event marketing (e.g., local fairs, home shows)

Educate homeowners on product options, warranties, and financing opportunities

Prepare and present professional project estimates and proposals

Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion

Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM system

Stay current on product knowledge, construction trends, and insurance restoration processes

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (construction, roofing, or restoration background a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivation to hit sales goals

Ability to perform roof and exterior inspections (training provided)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Basic understanding of construction or willingness to learn
