Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Construction Recruiting experience required
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong background in corporate recruiting with an ability to adapt to different hiring needs.
- Proficiency in recruitment sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
