Overview :
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated RV Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and customer-focused team! As the main point of contact between customers and our service department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently, transparently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do :
- Greet and assist customers with service inquiries and appointments
- Schedule repair and maintenance services
- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain them clearly to customers
- Communicate with technicians to relay repair details and timelines
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure timely completion of work orders
- Deliver a positive customer experience from drop-off to pick-up

Compensation : $51,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairsAppropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and moreRelay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointmentsVerify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service workAddress customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair workQualifications :
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalentPossess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving recordExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessaryPrior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferredExperience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessaryAbout Company
