Full Time Registered Nurse, Days

St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full time position on our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The RN is responsible for completing assessments, assessing health and medical needs, coordinating healthcare with community medical providers, and providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the prescriber.

• ACT is an OMH licensed, mobile, evidence based treatment model serving adults with serious mental illness in the community.
