Phlebotomist Floater

• As a Phlebotomist Floater, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience.  You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics / locations.  This unique role will allow you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization.  If you like variety, this role is perfect for you!
• QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM

PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with 1-hour lunch break

(floater will cover area of Columbus, Phenix city AL. and Americus)

Float Incentive : Additional $1.00 / hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Work Location :  Columbus, GA

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
