Driver Recruiting Team Member

Pay Range : $20-$24 hourly + uncapped commission through the Driver Recruiter Commissions Program.

Knight Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven individual to join our Driver Recruiting Team. This is not a HR role; it's a sales and customer service position focused on converting inbound leads into successful hires.

In this role, you'll be reaching out to driver candidates who have expressed interest in joining Knight. Your role would be to pre-qualify candidates, answer questions, explain driving routes, and pay structure. You are selling them on Knight's culture and opportunities.
