Jira Platform Developer

A company is looking for a Jira Platform Developer to design, optimize, and extend an enterprise-scale Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation and integration solutions across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

Implement modular configurations and streamline project setup and maintenance workflows

Engineer integrations between Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise systems while establishing governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence at an enterprise scale

Proficiency in Jira automation, REST APIs, and scripting (Groovy, Python, or similar)

Experience in designing and maintaining complex workflows and permission models

Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, and DevOps methodologies

Ability to architect scalable systems that balance governance with flexibility
