A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and execution of all compensation programs, including base pay and incentives
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable compensation programs
Act as a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in a multi-national company
Extensive knowledge of compensation principles and job evaluation methodologies
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience with global sales compensation is a plus
