Construction Project Manager Multifamily
Our client is a New Jersey-based residential real estate developer and property manager, established in 1984. Specializing in affordable and mixed-income rental communities for families and seniors, the firm is a leader in sustainable building, having delivered numerous LEED- and ENERGY STAR-certified projects, and is now expanding into the Pennsylvania market.
Job Description
Enforce construction standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with superintendents to track on-site progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including owners, architects, and engineers. Review and approve change orders and design modifications. Champion safety and quality initiatives, and drive subcontractor performance through effective leadership. Foster a positive and productive job site environment using motivational techniques and performance oversight.

The Successful Applicant
5-8 years of experience in ground-up, wood-frame, multifamily construction. A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to take full ownership of projects from start to finish. A proven track record of successfully managing $15M-$30M construction projects. Strong leadership and professionalism under pressure, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
