Job Description :
Reporting directly to the Corporate Tax Manager, this role is responsible for preparing and reporting corporate income tax obligations across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. Additionally, the Tax Analyst position will include various project opportunities and exposure to a wide range of tax areas - including compliance, research, planning, and matters involving the family office related to Rite-Hite.
This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, proactive in meeting deadlines, and excited to contribute to a growing department. The work requires a solid understanding of income tax regulations and reporting standards, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various finance functions. The role requires applying strong technical tax knowledge while supporting department initiatives.
This is a hybrid position out of our Milwaukee, WI corporate office.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting from a four-year college or university is required. 1 to 2 years of related tax experience is preferred. Strong proficiency with tax preparation and research software , and Microsoft Office products is required.
