Assistant Store Manager

Our client in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and financial aspects

  • Train and develop store employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership on company directives

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of retail grocery management experience
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail math
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts
