Sr Svc Agent / Non-DOT

Job Position

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

PM / PT Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. TBD Hours are subject to change based on operational needs.

Monday to Friday 1500 to 2030

Saturday 1130 to 1700

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and / or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Dangerous Good Certification. We will send for training.
