Job Summary

• Patient care in the Division of General Surgery, Foregut / Bariatric Surgery Service.
• The Advanced Practice Clinician (physician assistant / nurse practitioner) role in the Division of General Surgery provides care to patients in a University Health Sciences clinic and hospital unit. Individual will provide care for Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgery patients as a part of the Comprehensive Weight Management Program. Responsibilities will include participating in preoperative and postoperative care in the outpatient setting as well as inpatient postoperative management. The Foregut / Bariatric Surgery service currently consists of 4 Attending Surgeons and 3 APCs. Incredible health care and retirement benefits. Licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Utah.
