November 3rd-7th, 10th-14th,17th-21st, 24th-28th

December 1st -5th, 8th-12th, 15th-19th, 22nd-26th.

Shift Hours : 40-hour guarantee

Case Mix : No OB (unless an extreme emergency happens)

Supervision and Ratio : 1 Anesthesiologist : 3-4 CRNA

Active License : Must have an Active NY License
