We're looking for Grounds Crew Members to be part of something special : shaping and maintaining a golf experience unlike any other. This isn't just mowing grassit's bringing a course to life. You'll work alongside an experienced team, ensuring the land is cared for and the turf grows strong. One day, you might be seeding fairways. The next, you're watering by hand to keep dust down or prepping greens for their first cut. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael and Chris Keiser, owners of Sand Valley Golf Resort. Situated less than an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport, Rodeo Dunes offers a balance of both accessibility and escape.

Drawing from its Dream Golf lineage of Bandon Dunes and Sand Valley, the resort will provide a captivating outpost for golf travelers from day one. Set on over 2,000 acres of historic, towering sand dunes, Rodeo Dunes is poised to establish itself as a world-class golf destination.

Two-course routings are complete one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate Jimmy Craig.

With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes is set to come out of the gate as one of the world's great new golf experiences.

What You'll Do :

• Work as part of a small team to seed golf course tees and fairways.
• Hand-pick sticks and debris before seeding (because details matter)
• Keep dust and erosion at bay by running water by hand
• Help fertilize and seed greens before they come to life
• Mow and maintain the turf as it grows in
• Work outside in all kinds of weatherbecause nature doesn't take a day off
• Shift from construction to maintenance as the course evolves
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the golf course and grounds as well as the maintenance facility and clubhouse as assigned and directed.
• Handle equipment safely in an active construction environment

What You Bring :

$16 - $22 an hour

This range represents the anticipated low and high wage for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and performance. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off for full time employees.
