Mechanic / Auto Repair Technician

We are a privately owned repair facility exclusively servicing vehicles owned by a single dealership. With our recent shop expansion, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including internal engine repair and replacement, transmission replacement, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics using advanced tools and software.
• Keep detailed records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive technology and repair methods.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of automotive technology program preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Additional experience with auto body repair, welding, and maintenance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid drivers license

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
