As a shift manager, you will provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers. You must demonstrate leadership ability by scheduling shifts effectively, building constructive relationships, and ensuring safety, security, and profitability. You will be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We're looking for team players who can create a fun environment and produce excellent results in a fast-paced setting.
