Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team just outside of Austin, TX. This is a part-time, long-term federal contract role offering consistent hours, low patient volume, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care, including sick visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups

Treat a low daily patient volume (approximately 8 10 patients per day)

Maintain accurate, timely medical records

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Ensure compliance with federal healthcare standards and facility protocols

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Active medical license from any U.S. state (required)

Board certification or eligibility in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty

Experience in urgent care, correctional healthcare, or government contracts is a plus

Excellent communication and patient care skills
