Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects for our commercial work over $10M in size. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all project phases, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction project management, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Coordination :

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules, outlining all phases of the construction process.

• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

Budget and Cost Management :

Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring that projects remain on or under budget.

Team Management and Supervision :

Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Quality Control and Compliance :

Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with quality standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations.

Client and Stakeholder Communication :

Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring that they are kept informed about project status, milestones, and any potential delays.

Risk Management and Problem Solving :

Identify potential risks and issues early, creating proactive strategies for risk mitigation.

Documentation and Reporting :

Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
