Practice Manager

Burr & Forman, an Am Law 200 firm with over 370 attorneys, seeks qualified candidates for our Practice Manager Litigation & Investigations and Practice Manager Banking & Real Estate positions resident in our Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Orlando, or Tampa office. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Practice Managers serve as lead operational support for their assigned Practice Group Leaders. They are responsible for the daily execution of the business needs of the assigned Practice Groups with an emphasis on performance and growth, client development, recruiting and retention, and skills-based training.

Key Contributions

• Collaborate with COO, CMO, and PGLs on the development and implementation of annual business plans.
• Oversee practice group efforts to ensure operational effectiveness, profitable growth, and service delivery improvements, including matter management and pricing.
• Execute monthly report tracking and analysis on PG trends and needs.

Report on KPIs for performance and growth goals.
