AppleOne has partnered with a growing Engineering firm that specializes within Public Work projects to assist them in hiring an Accounting Clerk.

Job Title : Accounting Clerk

Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA (100% onsite)

Schedule : Full time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay Range : $25-$28 per hour DOE

Duties :

Audit field worker timesheets for missed punches

Coordinate with field workers to correct timesheets

Enter timesheets and mileage reports into MS Excel spreadsheets

Create invoices using MS Excel

Heavy data entry

Processing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports

Additional duties as needed

Qualifications :

2+ years of recent experience in a similar role

Advanced Microsoft Excel user (Creating formulas) (Will be tested)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a plus but not required

Construction or Engineering industry experience
