Mortgage Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and integrate compliance activities to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to update Encompass settings and documents in line with regulatory changes

Conduct audits of loan files and manage updates to compliance policies and procedures

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, preferably in a lending institution

Advanced proficiency in Encompass, including document and disclosure management

Project and change management experience with successful implementation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; compliance certification is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools is preferred
