Pay rate : Call : $350 / hr, OT, Night Call, and Call back

Schedule :

  • 8s / 10s / 12s
  • Weekend Requirements : 7a-7a beeper call
  • On Call Requirements : night call 7p-7a

  • Will the Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs? : both
  • Patient Age Demographic :   Geriatric
  • Number of Operating Rooms :   8
  • What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision? Mix daily
  • EMR : Epic
  • Ratio? 1 : 3 / 4
  • Breakdown of case mix? Ortho / urology / eyes / endo
  • Patient demographic : Adults / peds : dental eyes only

    • Procedures Required :

  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Epidural Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Board Certified -  Required
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS -  Required
  • NY State License -  Required
