Respiratory Therapist - Help Launch Our New Community Hospital

Join Exceptional Healthcare's New Facility - Opening December 2025

Help launch our new community hospital in Farmington, New Mexico ! Exceptional Healthcare is seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists to provide critical respiratory care across all departments as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and treat respiratory-compromised patients of all ages
  • Operate and manage LTV 1200 ventilators
  • Draw and interpret ABGs and advocate for appropriate care
  • Administer respiratory treatments, including inhalants and therapeutic gases
  • Develop and evaluate respiratory therapy treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team for coordinated patient care
  • Assist with various clinical needs as part of a versatile team

What You'll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • At least 2 years’ ER / ICU experience as RT
  • At least 2 years of experience with pediatric patients
  • Current unencumbered RT license
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to function as a team player in a small facility environment
