The Grounds Manager plays a key role in maintaining the overall aesthetic and environmental quality of the golf course property including entrances, perimeters, lakes, and gardens. This role ensures the grounds reflect the high standards and natural beauty expected at a premier golf destination.

About Wild Spring Dunes

Wild Spring Dunes will be a public golf resort and refuge with world-class golf, accommodations, and homesites. Two courses are routed with plans established for a short course and practice center.

Set on over 2,400 sandy, secluded acres, here you will find dramatic elevation changes that highlight four distinct and diverse ecosystems : towering pines and hardwood forest, open, grassy meadows, rolling hills, and steep ravines carved by spring-fed creeks that crawl through the secluded site. Wild Spring Dunes is an escape, a destination, a place to come together in community a home for golf and wilderness lovers alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain entrance landscaping through mowing, trimming, and tree care / replacement
• Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steer, loader, chainsaw, tree spade, and stump grinder
• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repairs to perimeter hog fencing
• Oversee lake appearance and habitat, including wildlife management and water quality monitoring
• Manage the vegetable garden from soil prep and planting to harvesting and maintenance
• Communicate clearly with superintendents and teammates regarding tasks, timelines, and needs
• Collaborate with other maintenance and operations teams as needed
