Were seeking a passionate and driven Per Diem Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our regional Neonatal Intensive Care team in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan . Opportunity Details

Position Type : Per Diem (0.0 FTE)
Schedule : 25-hour or 8-hour shifts as needed
Location : Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan
Specialty : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with neonatology fellowship training
Hospital Info : Grand Rapids : 15-bed NICU Level III, Muskegon : 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery
Call Requirements : No Call Required for APPs

Relevant clinical experience preferred

APPs : Board certified in specialty prior to employment

Active Michigan medical license

DEA license

ACLS / BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

Providing direct patient care

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Participating in teaching and mentoring

Documenting in Epic EMR

Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

Supporting community health efforts
