About Us

Alison Wealth Management and Prosperity Capital Advisors, one of the fastest-growing RIAs in the country, is seeking a skilled and motivated tax professional to join our team. We serve high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families with a holistic approach that integrates financial planning, investment management, tax strategy, protection planning, and estate planning.

We currently prepare ~80 individual returns and ~10 business (S-Corp) returns annually, along with customized quarterly estimated tax analyses for clients with variable income. We're looking for someone who wants to be hands-on today, serve as a tax resource for our advisors, and grow into a long-term career path within a dynamic and scaling national RIA.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for an experienced tax preparer who also enjoys collaborating with financial advisors on tax planning. It's not a pure "management" role — you will be directly preparing and reviewing returns, supported by an intern and client service associates. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to influence advisor strategies and potentially grow your career in one of two directions :

• Tax Leadership Path : Help build and scale Prosperity's integrated tax platform nationally.
• Advisor Path : Learn the wealth management side of the business, with mentorship and training to become a financial advisor.

Compensation : Competitive base salary targeted in the $110,000 – $130,000 range, plus annual performance-based bonus potential (target ~$25,000), comprehensive benefits, and a 401k with 3% match.
